You should only provide information that is relevant to your employment or recruitment objectives.
Candidates are responsible for maintaining accurate information about their professional qualifications and registration.
KMC may provide general information about registration pathways but does not replace advice from the relevant professional regulator.
Where you are matched with an employer, KMC may provide relevant candidate information to that employer in accordance with your consent, applicable law and the KMC Privacy Policy.
KMC may use technology, including AI-assisted tools, to help identify potential matches between candidate profiles and employment opportunities.
AI recommendations are not guarantees of suitability or employment.
Candidates should review information provided by KMC and correct inaccurate information.
You must not:
provide false or misleading information;
impersonate another person;
submit fraudulent documents;
misuse another person's account;
interfere with KMC systems;
attempt to access information belonging to another user;
use KMC for unlawful purposes.
KMC may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or breach of these Terms.
KMC may provide links or connections to third-party services.
KMC is not responsible for third-party services that are outside KMC's control.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the KMC Privacy Policy.
